Q: Do I need any prior experience with shadow work?
A: Not at all. Whether you're brand new to shadow work or have been on a healing path for years, this experience will meet you where you are. All language and practices are accessible, embodied, and supportive.
Q: Is this live or self-paced?
A: This experience includes live sessions, but all content is also available as replays. You can go through it at your own rhythm and revisit the material anytime.
Q: What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
A: No problem. Every session will be recorded, and you'll have access to the replays so you won't miss a thing.
Q: How much time should I set aside each week?
A: We suggest setting aside 60–90 minutes weekly—whether you attend live or use the replay—to engage with the teaching, the prompt, and the practice. You can always go deeper with optional journaling and reflection time.
Q: Is this like therapy?
A: No, this is not a substitute for therapy. It’s a self-inquiry and integration journey designed to complement your emotional or spiritual growth—not replace professional mental health care.
Q: Can I join if I’m currently in a tender or emotionally raw place?
A: Yes—with care. This journey is emotionally honest but always trauma-informed and paced gently. You’re encouraged to move at your own speed, take breaks when needed, and listen to your nervous system first.
Q: How long will I have access to the content?
